We are looking for a IT Technician
- IT tech position
- Location : Morris Plains, NJ
- This is 3 days working on site , 2 days remote
- Salary 45K, full time position / benefits / vacation ect
- Monday – Friday hours are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Job Description :
- Ideal candidate is someone that has one year of help desk experience or solving basic technical problems with hardware/software, or network problems
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service is important
- Patience and strong communication skills are vital
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 2016 or Office 365
- Willing to travel/ 10% domestic/international
- Someone must be willing to work off-hours or weekends for projects or emergency support (doesn’t???t happen all the time, but must be flexible)
- Projects, etc.
- Utilizing a ticket system to solve user issues (hardware, software & network)
- Migrate data from a shared drive to One drive
- Assisting on cybersecurity risks. Scoring external vendors to determine if they are compliant with their IT infrastructure
- Learn PowerShell scripts (will be trained)
