We are seeking an Entry Level Help Desk Tech who is looking to start their career to join our team ! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.

• Location is Pine Brook, NJ – ( north jersey, one town over from Fairfield )
• Position is ON SITE – Monday – Friday 10 am to 6 pm
• Pay is $18hour
• After 3 months medical benefits, vacation, paid calendar holidays will be offered
• Entry Level position with opportunity for growth within the company
• Will Discuss the company this position is with when we do the phone interview with applicants,
• Will reach out to you via e mail once we receive your application to set up a phone interview

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is a plus but not a must : in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Any certs a plus
