E COMMERECE OPERATIONS MANAGER :
The goal of the Brand E-Commerce Operations Manager is to manage the E-Commerce Team and help the e-commerce department maximize conversion and increase customer and client satisfaction through a better shopping experience.
Working closely with brand merchandising, inventory control, technology groups, the data team, and creative services, the Brand E-Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for the department’s efficiency and client/consumer experience. They are tasked with all online store functionalities, including proper management, delegating tasks and display of product assets, internal functioning of site tools, and creating a look and feel that conveys the overall brand position.
This position will manage, train, and create SOPS for a team of assistants and the data team, which is responsible for producing the site and managing the clientele. A strong understanding of web business concepts, practices, and procedures is required. Entrepreneurship, leadership, organization, and creative thinking are necessary.

- Salary is in the 80-95k range

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and report on overall site and brand performance, including delving into channel performance, identifying opportunities and wins
- Manage relationships with clients and department teams.
- Create Trackers, kanban boards, and other tools to balance workloads and keep teams organized
- Assist in bottoms-up business planning activities from the digital perspective.
- Make recommendations based on data analysis and usability tests to improve the site’s usability and customer/client experience and optimize conversion.
- Work closely with the online technology team to define requirements for functionality development and perform User Acceptance Testing
- Lead team of ecommerce/e-merchandising assistants to manage site products and content
- Configure/add/remove/edit items.
- Add key words and cross-sells.
- Perform external analysis of industry trends in online merchandising, competitor initiatives, and consumer needs through primary and secondary research methods.
- Attend Merchandise Planning and comp review meetings to clearly understand the brand positioning and how to translate to optimized website performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-year degree
- 3-5 years e-commerce experience and thorough understanding of online retailing
- Strong analytic skills and computer skills
- Knowledge of web design and usability
- Demonstrated presentation, verbal, and written skills.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Strong teamwork skills, ability to listen, contribute as a positive and solution-oriented team player.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Able to communicate to clients and present in meetings
- Have an idea how AGile or Kanban boards work
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of SmartSuite is a plus
