Position Overview:

• Company is about 95m in sales and growing (Potential 1-2 acquisitions in 2024, 2 were completed in 2023)
• Company is an MSP firm
• Company is moving away from QuickBooks to NetSuite (implementation to occur in Q`1 2024)
• Consolidated reporting, participate in budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting private equity firm
• Compliance reporting for term notes and ABL (Banking)
• Involved with Month end closing
• Participate in year end financial audits
• Familiarity with business and sales tax registrations not required but a plus
• Reports to Controller
• Must be hands on
• Oversee all financial, accounting, and human resources activities
• Responsible for budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
