Senior Support Analyst

  • The role of the Senior Support Analyst is to assist with design, maintain and/or support applications/systems within the organization.
  • Reporting To: Chief Information Officer

Qualifications:

  1. Educational:​​​​​​​  Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in MIS or Technical School Training.
  2. Work Experience:
  3. Minimum of two years of related work experience.
  4. Familiarity with Work Flow Processing, Electronic Forms systems, and Document Management systems.
  5. Experience with document scanning and electronic signature solutions.
  6. Experience with Hyland On-Base a plus.
  7. Experience with Foxit eSign a plus.
  8. Experience writing basic HTML.
  9. Experience learning applications and providing support.
  10. Project management with a full understanding of Design, Build, Testing and Change Control.
  11. Experience in working with non-technical staff to understand their job functions.
  12. Create and maintain user training materials, including quick reference guides, to reinforce best practices.
  13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  14. Ability to work well under pressure.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work with management and end users to determine system needs for Electronic Forms, Work Flow Processing and Document Management.
  2. Be the primary point of contact for Hyland On-base projects, ensuring that the requirements, training and enhancements have been met.
  3. Learn and support additional applications for the company.
  4. Develop systems to be utilized by end users and train them.
  5. Train Help Desk staff to support these systems and provide backup support to Help Desk staff when necessary.
  6. Develop and maintain system enhancements as needed.
  7. Deliver projects in an accurate and timely fashion
  8. Look for ways to improve the usefulness and accuracy of systems.
  9. Provide backup support to help desk staff when necessary.
  10. Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
  11. Follow Agency policies and procedures. \
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
