Senior Support Analyst
The role of the Senior Support Analyst is to assist with design, maintain and/or support applications/systems within the organization.
- Reporting To: Chief Information Officer
Qualifications:
- Educational: Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in MIS or Technical School Training.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of two years of related work experience.
- Familiarity with Work Flow Processing, Electronic Forms systems, and Document Management systems.
- Experience with document scanning and electronic signature solutions.
- Experience with Hyland On-Base a plus.
- Experience with Foxit eSign a plus.
- Experience writing basic HTML.
- Experience learning applications and providing support.
- Project management with a full understanding of Design, Build, Testing and Change Control.
- Experience in working with non-technical staff to understand their job functions.
- Create and maintain user training materials, including quick reference guides, to reinforce best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Work with management and end users to determine system needs for Electronic Forms, Work Flow Processing and Document Management.
- Be the primary point of contact for Hyland On-base projects, ensuring that the requirements, training and enhancements have been met.
- Learn and support additional applications for the company.
- Develop systems to be utilized by end users and train them.
- Train Help Desk staff to support these systems and provide backup support to Help Desk staff when necessary.
- Develop and maintain system enhancements as needed.
- Deliver projects in an accurate and timely fashion
- Look for ways to improve the usefulness and accuracy of systems.
- Provide backup support to help desk staff when necessary.
- Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
- Follow Agency policies and procedures. \
- Perform other duties as assigned.
