Salary : 140,000-170,000

Description:
Our client is seeking a Director of Client Services who will be responsible for defining and executing the overall Client mgmt. strategy, including the successful delivery of their clients contracted services and managing and coaching Technical Leads. Proven leadership skills in the areas of strategic planning, IT governance and operations, budgeting and resource allocation, and program mgmt. oversight. You will mentor the Technical Leads . Strong technical knowledge and strong communication skills to coordinate multiple priorities and resources. Deep desire to mentor a team and strong critical thinking skills.Oversee the development and execution of strategic IT plans for their clients ranging from small to midmarket businesses .

Responsibilities :
• Oversee and participate in (as needed) annual planning, Quarterly business review and Monthly mgmt. meetings with the Technical leads and their clients as needed.
• Ensure client facing performance reports are delivered to client in a timely fashion.
• Technical skills-Knowledge of Networking including TCP/IP, switching, VLANS, Routing and wireless. Knowledge of complex   multi-site networks including MPLS, Internet, Routing Protocols.
• Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems, Content Filtering and SIEM platforms.
• Knowledge of SAN’s and Shared Storage. Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
• Certifications are a plus-i.e-MCSE,MCP,CCNA,CCDA,CISSP etc.
