We are currently seeking to hire a Director Of Sales to join our team!
Location : Long Branch, NJ

Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
• Company sells cameras and a wide range of educational products
• Someone with National experience preferred
• All sales are done either online or by inbound calls
• Help create a Best –in–Class shopping experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Position reports to the CEO
• This is a new position due to rapid growth

Qualifications:
• 10-15 + years’ experience
• Experience in B2B Company
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as a supervisor, will manage 2 Contact Center Managers and over 20 Sales Reps
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• E commerce knowledge and experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Company located in Long Branch, NJ
• Salary $150-175k range + Bonus
