Company is looking for a full time warehouse supervisor to join their team .

• Position is ON SITE Monday – Thursday  , Hours 6pm to 4am this is the late shift
• Location : New Brunswick
• Salary 60K

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily workload in the department and assign tasks to warehouse employees based on priorities and skillsets.
• Ensure all employees receive thorough training on safety procedures, equipment operation, and accident prevention.
• Report all incidents of theft, unauthorized access, software disabling, bypassing of locks or alarms to senior management.
• Maintain clear communication with all employees regarding Company policies and expectations and take disciplinary action when necessary
• Assist the Department Manager by identifying any potential problems or bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
• Display adaptability to complete a task or solve a problem.
• Lead by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
