Sales Merchandiser

Will report to the Director of Sales

About the Job

• Make daily visits to customers in North NJ/Westchester territory.
• Starting pay is $25 to $30 an hour – based on experience.
• Minimum of 2 years retail merchandising experience.
• Reliable car (company will provide monthly car allowance plus pay for mileage).
• ·Must be extremely organized, friendly, and self-motivated
• Need someone who has worked out of a convenience store ( Quick Check /WAWA / 711 or mom and pop gas stations )
• Will work on existing clients

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take orders for replenishment and new products.
• Conduct sales calls to assigned accounts and build strong relationships with store management.
• Manage all aspects of merchandising products in assigned stores including signage placement, shelf labelling with price tags, installation of fixtures, displays, and planograms.
• Execute required projects, resets, and displays accurately by following all instructions and using the company supplied tablet to scan labels and input data.
• Set-up, restock, and take down in-store displays, reorganizing and refilling products as needed.
• Implement plan-o-grams, product resets, and store displays.
• Understand and follow established product policies and procedures and communicate the same to customers.
• Take photos of in-store displays, take orders, process returns, and collect information to enhance product sales.
• Generate management reports, conduct sales analysis, and handle special projects.
