Administrative Coordinator Entry Level Position

Looking for a hardworking , organized individual to join our team assisting the project manager in the day to day tasks to carry out all project information and plans. Must have excellent communication, organization and a strive for success

  • Position is in North Jersey: Pine Brook
  • Position is ON SITE
  • Pay rate: $18 hour.
  • After 90 days you are eligible for medical benefits / paid vacation and paid calendar holidays
  • This position is reporting into the project Manager and assisting in rolling out all the IT projects.
  • Hours are from 12 – 8 or 2 to 10 pm, Monday – Friday

Job Description:

  • Develop/maintain relationships with IT technicians and project teams.
  • Develop relationships with vendors.
  • Manage vendor/IC pool.
  • Contact candidates.
  • Enter candidate info into the database.
  • Provide candidate with project info.
  • Excel/Outlook/Word
  • This is full time 40-hour work week.
