Administrative Coordinator Entry Level Position
Looking for a hardworking , organized individual to join our team assisting the project manager in the day to day tasks to carry out all project information and plans. Must have excellent communication, organization and a strive for success
- Position is in North Jersey: Pine Brook
- Position is ON SITE
- Pay rate: $18 hour.
- After 90 days you are eligible for medical benefits / paid vacation and paid calendar holidays
- This position is reporting into the project Manager and assisting in rolling out all the IT projects.
- Hours are from 12 – 8 or 2 to 10 pm, Monday – Friday

Job Description:
- Develop/maintain relationships with IT technicians and project teams.
- Develop relationships with vendors.
- Manage vendor/IC pool.
- Contact candidates.
- Enter candidate info into the database.
- Provide candidate with project info.
- Excel/Outlook/Word
- This is full time 40-hour work week.
